The MOQ is 100 pieces per colour. Handloom production needs a full warp to be set on the loom, which is why the minimum is higher than our machine woven lines. If you want three or four shades in the same construction, each shade is counted separately.
Yes. The border width, the border colour and the contrast against the body can all be altered, since the border is set at the weaving stage rather than added later. Send a reference image or a sample and we will weave it into the development piece before bulk.
Yes. Share a Pantone number or a physical swatch and we send a lab dip for your approval. Pastels in particular are approved in writing before bulk starts, because small shade shifts are more visible in light colours than in dark ones.
Pricing is slab based across three quantity levels, so the per piece rate drops as your order size rises. The final rate depends on quantity, border customisation, packing and destination. Send your target quantity and we will share a formal quotation with the applicable slab.
Standard lead time is 3 to 4 weeks from written sample approval. Handloom output is slower per day than machine weaving, so very large first orders may be split into two dispatches. We confirm the exact dispatch date at order acceptance rather than leaving it open.
Loom time and labour. A handloom weaver produces a limited length per day, and the woven border adds further loom setting work.
