This deep beige self jacquard stole carries its pattern in the weave itself, in the same colour as the base. There is no contrast yarn, no print and no embroidery. The design shows through light and shadow as the fabric moves, which is why the piece looks plain from a distance and detailed in the hand. That quality is exactly what sells it. A customer picks up what they think is a plain wool stole, feels the pattern, and the price stops being a question. Buyers use self jacquard to fill the gap between their basic stock and their decorative stock, next to the flat pieces in our fine wool stoles range.
We supply retailers, distributors and brands across 40+ countries. FOB & CIF pricing with full documentation.

A plain stole is woven on a straight structure. A self jacquard runs on a patterned loom setting, so each design has to be programmed and set before weaving starts. The extra work sits in the setup rather than in the finishing, which is why the piece costs more than a plain stole but far less than an embroidered one. For a buyer, it lands at the price point where margin is easiest to hold. Our comparison of wool silk blend stoles and cashmere covers where this blend sits against the alternatives.
Made against your order, under your label, with nothing on the product or the packing carrying our name unless you ask for it.
A monogram or brand motif woven into the body is the strongest use of this construction for a branded range, since the branding becomes part of the fabric rather than a label the customer cuts off. Terms are on our private label shawls and scarves page, and the process is set out in our note on private label shawl manufacturers in India.
Custom jacquard designs need the loom programmed before production, so first orders on a new pattern take longer than a repeat. Retailers setting shelf margins will find our breakdown on how to price shawls useful before committing.
Savita Shawls manufactures and exports directly from our own unit in Gurgaon. Loom setting, weaving, dyeing, checking and packing all happen under our supervision rather than through an agent, which is what makes a custom jacquard pattern repeatable across orders placed a year apart. Our full scope is at stole manufacturer in India, and buyers who want detail on our checking process can read how Savita Shawls ensures quality.
Send your requirement with quantity and target landed price and we will come back with a quotation and a sampling plan. For branded programmes, start at custom made shawls and scarves for gifting and branding.

The MOQ is 50 pieces per colour on our existing pattern. If you want a custom jacquard design developed for your brand, the minimum runs higher because the loom has to be programmed and set for that design alone. Tell us your quantity and we will confirm where you stand.
Yes, and this is the construction to do it on. Geometric repeats, florals, monograms and brand motifs can all be woven into the body in the same tone as the base. Send artwork in AI, PDF or EPS and we will produce a development sample so you can check how the design reads at scale before bulk.
The pattern is woven into the fabric using the same colour yarn as the base, so it shows through texture and light rather than through colour contrast. There is no print, no embroidery and no second yarn. It cannot fade or peel because the design is part of the fabric structure.
Yes. The base can move anywhere across the neutral band, from a pale sand through to taupe, camel or a deeper stone. Send a Pantone reference or physical swatch and we send a lab dip for written approval before bulk starts.
Rates run across three quantity slabs, so the per piece cost falls as the order grows. The final figure depends on quantity, pattern complexity, packing and destination. A custom design carries a one time development cost on the first order, which is confirmed upfront rather than absorbed silently into the rate.
Standard lead time is 3 to 4 weeks from written sample approval on an existing pattern. A new custom jacquard design needs additional time upfront for loom programming and sampling, so plan a longer runway on a first order and expect repeats to move at standard speed.
Yes. We ship to the UK, Europe, the Gulf, North America and Australia with invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and any inspection certificate your side requires. Country of origin is India. More on our export operations is at shawl exporters in India.
