Who We Are

India's Trusted Digital Printed Shawls & Scarves Manufacturing Partner

Savita Shawls is a digital printed shawls and scarves manufacturer, B2B wholesale supplier, and IEC-licensed exporter headquartered in Gurgaon, Delhi NCR. We work with boutique owners, fashion importers, private label brands, luxury retailers, and wholesale distributors who need consistent color, accurate print placement, and dependable lead times on bulk shawl and scarf orders.

Our range covers reactive digital printed pashmina shawls, acid-printed silk scarves, pigment-printed wool shawls, sublimation-printed polyester-blend scarves, and combined print-and-embroidery styles. Every category is available in custom artwork, custom dimensions, and full private label configuration. We export to buyers across the USA, UK, Europe, the Middle East, Canada, Australia, and Asia with complete shipping documentation handled in-house.

Our in-house digital printing units run high-resolution printing on natural and blended base fabrics. Color management is handled by our in-house team using Pantone-calibrated ICC profiles. Digital Printed Shawl & Scarf Categories for B2B Wholesale

Savita Shawls manufactures eight categories of digital printed shawls and scarves for wholesale buyers. From full-bleed photographic prints on pashmina to border-pattern scarves on georgette, every style is available in custom artwork, private label branding, and bulk wholesale quantities from 100 pieces per design.

Reactive Digital Printed Pashmina Shawls
Reactive dye digital printing on pure pashmina and pashmina-wool blend base fabrics. The most color-fast printing method for natural fiber shawls. Vibrant, wash-resistant prints with a soft hand-feel. The premium end of the digital printed shawls range for luxury and boutique retail.
Acid Digital Printed Silk Scarves
Acid dye digital printing on pure silk, georgette silk, and silk-blend scarves. Produces the richest color depth and sharpest detail definition on silk base fabrics. The standard choice for premium fashion retail and designer scarf collections. MOQ 100 pieces per design.
Pigment Digital Printed Wool Shawls
Pigment digital printing on wool and wool-blend base fabrics. Suited to geometric, abstract, and graphic print styles. Good color consistency across large production runs. Accessible wholesale pricing without sacrificing print quality. Available in full-surface and border-print layouts.
Sublimation Printed Scarves
Sublimation digital printing on polyester-blend and polyester-viscose scarves. Ideal for photographic prints, high-detail repeat patterns, and vivid fashion colorways. Faster lead times and lower wholesale price points than natural fiber digital printing. Popular for mid-market retail and e-commerce brands.
Digital Printed Modal Scarves
Digital printing on modal and modal-wool blend base fabrics. Modal gives a silky drape comparable to silk at a lower wholesale cost. Reactive dye printing on modal produces excellent color clarity. Growing in popularity for sustainable fashion retail and contemporary lifestyle brands.
Digital Printed Pashmina Stoles
Lighter-weight pashmina stoles with full-bleed or border digital print designs. Popular for bridal gifting, luxury hotel amenity programs, and premium event packaging. Custom sizing, print placement, and packaging configurations available. A high-margin product for boutique and gifting retailers.
Print & Embroidery Combined Scarves
Digital printing combined with hand or machine embroidery accents on wool, pashmina, and silk scarves. Two techniques layered on one piece for differentiated retail presentation. Ideal for private label brands who want a product that competitors cannot easily copy or price-match.
Custom OEM Digital Printed Shawls & Scarves
Your artwork, your print specification, your brand label. Complete OEM manufacturing from artwork preparation and strike-off sampling through bulk production, quality inspection, and export delivery. Full design confidentiality maintained for every private label client. MOQ 100 pieces per design.
Why Partner With Us

Why B2B Buyers Choose Savita Shawls as Their Digital Printed Shawls Manufacturer

When you source digital printed shawls and scarves from India, three things break the relationship: color that shifts between the sample and the bulk run, paperwork that holds your shipment at customs, and a factory that goes silent after payment. Here is how we handle all three.

01
Factory-Direct Wholesale Pricing
No agents, no trading companies, no middlemen between you and the production facility. As a direct digital printed shawls and scarves manufacturer, our wholesale prices reflect actual manufacturing cost, not a marked-up catalog. Detailed FOB and CIF quotations are provided on every inquiry so you can calculate your landed cost before you place an order.
02
Pantone-Calibrated Color Accuracy
Color drift between a strike-off sample and the bulk run is the most common complaint buyers have about digital printed shawl and scarf manufacturers. Our in-house color management team works with Pantone-referenced ICC profiles for every print job. The color on your approved sample is the color that ships. If it is not, we reprint before dispatch.
03
Complete OEM and Private Label
Send your print artwork, base fabric preferences, and brand guidelines. We manufacture digital printed shawls and scarves under your label with woven inner labels, hang tags, care labels in your destination language, and branded packaging. Your product identity, produced in our facility, with no reference to Savita Shawls on any finished label unless requested.
04
All Printing Techniques, One Supplier
Reactive, pigment, acid, and sublimation digital printing on pashmina, wool, silk, modal, georgette, and polyester-blend fabrics. You can mix print techniques and fabric types within a single order. One supplier relationship covers your full digital printed shawls and scarves catalog, from entry-level to luxury tier.
05
Volume Consistency at Every Order Size
In-house digital printing capacity of 100,000+ pieces per month means we can handle boutique orders from 100 pieces and importer volumes of 50,000+ pieces with the same quality standard. Print registration, color density, and finishing quality are checked against the approved sample on every production run, not just spot-checked at the end.
06
Export Documentation, Every Time
IEC-licensed with 40+ years of international shipping experience. Commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and destination-market customs documentation are prepared in-house before every dispatch. Digital printed shawls and scarves shipments clear customs; they do not sit in a bonded warehouse because a certificate of origin was missing.

How to Order

From First Inquiry to Delivered Digital Printed Order

Most B2B buyers working with a digital printed shawls and scarves manufacturer for the first time go from initial contact to a strike-off sample in under two weeks. Here is exactly what happens at each stage when you work with Savita Shawls.

1
Share Your Requirements
Tell us the print technique you need, the base fabric preference, your order quantity, and target price point. Send artwork references if available. Quote form, email, or WhatsApp. The more detail you share in the first message, the more accurate and faster the first quotation will be.
2
Receive Catalog & Quote
Our B2B team sends a curated catalog of digital printed shawls and scarves matched to your market, base fabric budget, and print requirements. Detailed FOB and CIF pricing, honest production lead times, and clear payment terms are included in every quotation.
3
Strike-Off Sample Approval
Physical strike-off print samples dispatched in 5 to 7 business days for catalog designs. Custom artwork samples take 7 to 10 business days depending on complexity. Sample cost is charged nominally and fully adjusted against your confirmed bulk order.
4
Production Begins
Bulk production starts on confirmed purchase order. Sublimation and pigment printing: 4 to 5 weeks. Reactive and acid digital printing: 5 to 6 weeks. Combined print-and-embroidery styles: 7 to 9 weeks. Lead time is confirmed in writing before production begins on every order.
5
QC & Dispatch
Multi-point quality inspection covering color accuracy against approved strike-off, print registration, colorfastness, fabric hand-feel, and finishing before packing. Full export documentation prepared. Air or sea freight coordinated based on your delivery timeline and budget.
6
Ongoing Support
A dedicated account manager handles quality feedback, repeat order planning, and next-season print development. We work as a long-term manufacturing partner for digital printed shawls and scarves, not a one-order supplier who is hard to reach once payment clears.
OEM & Private Label

Digital Printed Shawl & Scarf Customization Options

Every variable in a digital printed shawls and scarves order is customisable at Savita Shawls. From base fabric selection and print technique through artwork layout, color, sizing, branding, and final packaging, here is what you can specify when placing a B2B or private label order.

Base Fabric
100% pure pashmina, pashmina-wool blend, pashmina-silk blend, pure wool, modal, modal-wool blend, georgette silk, crepe silk, polyester-blend, and viscose. Each fabric takes digital print differently. We recommend the right technique for your chosen base fabric and end-use retail tier.
Print Technique
Reactive, pigment, acid, or sublimation digital printing selected based on your base fabric and color requirements. Reactive and acid printing offer superior wash fastness on natural fibers. Sublimation works on synthetic blends and delivers vivid photographic detail at lower unit cost.
Artwork & Print Layout
Submit print artwork in AI, PDF, or high-resolution JPG at minimum 150 DPI at the intended print size. Our in-house design team handles color separation, tonal adjustments for the chosen dye type, repeat layout, and print placement. A physical strike-off is produced for approval before bulk printing begins.
Color Matching
Pantone-referenced color matching for print inks and fabric base color. Provide Pantone color references or physical fabric swatches. Lab dip or strike-off produced for approval before bulk production. Color-matched samples add approximately 3 to 5 days to the sample timeline.
Dimensions & Weight
Standard shawl (200x70cm), wide shawl (210x90cm), stole (180x55cm), scarf (150x30cm), and square scarf (90x90cm). All custom dimensions available. Fabric weight specified in GSM to your requirement. Print bleed and border margins confirmed during artwork review.
Finishing Options
Rolled hem, hand-rolled hem, machine-stitched hem, fringed edge, tassel finish, and laser-cut edge options depending on base fabric. Finishing choice affects the retail presentation significantly. Samples of each finish type available on request before you commit to bulk production.
Branding & Labels
Woven inner labels, printed hang tags, care labels in your destination language, barcodes, and SKU formats applied to every piece. No reference to Savita Shawls on any finished product label unless specifically requested. Complete private label manufacturing from 100 pieces per design.
Packaging
Individual poly bags, branded tissue wrap, luxury rigid gift boxes, retail hanger packaging, or bulk flat-pack cartons for importers. Digital Printed Shawls B2B FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions — Digital Printed Shawls & Scarves Sourcing

Direct answers to what wholesale buyers, importers, and private label brands ask most often before placing their first digital printed shawl or scarf order with Savita Shawls.

Q01What is the MOQ for digital printed shawls and scarves?+
Minimum order quantity is 100 pieces per design for all digital printed shawls and scarves, including reactive, pigment, acid, and sublimation printing on all base fabrics. For buyers placing a first order, we can discuss trial quantities on select catalog designs. Contact us with your requirements and we will advise the most practical route.
Q02What digital printing techniques do you use on shawls and scarves?+
Four main techniques: reactive digital printing for natural fibers like pashmina and wool, acid digital printing for silk and silk-blend scarves, pigment digital printing for wool and blended fabric shawls, and sublimation printing for polyester-blend and synthetic scarves. Technique selection is guided by your base fabric choice and the color fastness standard your retail market requires.
Q03What is the difference between reactive and pigment digital printing on shawls?+
Reactive printing bonds the dye directly to the fiber at a molecular level, producing a softer hand-feel and superior wash fastness on natural fiber shawls. It is the preferred method for pashmina and wool. Pigment printing sits on the surface of the fabric as a fixed colorant, requiring a binder. It works across a wider range of fabrics and is faster to produce, but the hand-feel is slightly stiffer and wash fastness is marginally lower than reactive. For luxury pashmina shawls, reactive is always the better choice.
Q04Can I get digital printed shawls manufactured under my own brand?+
Yes. Private label is one of our core services as a digital printed shawls and scarves manufacturer. Send your print artwork, base fabric preferences, and branding specifications. We manufacture with your woven inner label, hang tag, care label in your language, and branded packaging. No reference to Savita Shawls appears on any finished product label unless you specifically request it.
Q05What is the lead time for digital printed shawl bulk orders?+
Lead times by technique: sublimation and pigment digital printing take 4 to 5 weeks; reactive and acid digital printing take 5 to 6 weeks from confirmed purchase order; combined print-and-embroidery styles take 7 to 9 weeks. Lead time is confirmed in writing before production begins. For seasonal collection planning, we recommend a 7 to 8 week production window to allow time for a pre-shipment inspection.
Q06What base fabrics are available for digital printed shawls and scarves?+
Nine base fabric options: 100% pure pashmina, pashmina-wool blend, pashmina-silk blend, pure wool, modal, modal-wool blend, georgette silk, crepe silk, and polyester-viscose blend. Each fabric takes digital print differently. We will recommend the most suitable printing technique for your chosen base fabric, end-use market, and target wholesale price tier.
Q07Can I submit my own artwork for digital printed shawls and scarves?+
Yes. Custom artwork is standard for OEM and private label orders. Submit in AI, PDF, or high-resolution JPG format at minimum 150 DPI at the intended print size. Our in-house team handles color separation, ICC profile adjustments for the chosen dye system, and print placement layout. A physical strike-off sample is produced for approval before bulk printing. Full design confidentiality is maintained for all private label clients.
Q08Do you provide strike-off samples before bulk orders?+
Always recommended before bulk production. Strike-off samples of digital printed shawls and scarves are dispatched within 5 to 7 business days for catalog designs and 7 to 10 days for new custom artwork. The sample cost is charged nominally and fully adjusted against your confirmed bulk order. Reviewing a strike-off before committing to production is the most reliable way to avoid color issues on delivery.
Q09How accurate is the color match between a strike-off and the bulk run?+
Color consistency between the approved strike-off and the bulk production run is managed through Pantone-calibrated ICC profiles on all digital printed shawl and scarf production. Our in-house color management team checks color density and tone against the approved sample at the start of every production run. If color variance is outside tolerance, production is adjusted before printing continues. We do not dispatch if the bulk deviates from the approved sample.
Q10What colorfastness tests are done on digital printed shawls before export?+
Standard colorfastness testing covers wash fastness, rubbing fastness, and light fastness on all digital printed shawls and scarves. Tests are carried out in-house as part of the production QC process. Third-party accredited colorfastness test reports can be arranged on request for buyers who need documented certification for their import market or retail buyer compliance requirements.
Q11Do you supply digital printed shawls for corporate gifting programs?+
Yes. Corporate gifting is a significant segment for digital printed scarves and stoles. Logo-printed shawls and scarves in custom brand colors with branded gift boxes and personalized inserts. MOQ from 100 pieces. Supplied to Fortune 500 companies, luxury hotel groups, and large corporate event organizers. Every piece is gift-ready straight from the production carton with care labels, fiber content, and country of origin markings in place.
Q12Which countries do you export digital printed shawls and scarves to?+
40+ countries. Regular export destinations for digital printed shawls and scarves include USA, UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Canada, Australia, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, and across Scandinavia, Eastern Europe, and Southeast Asia. We handle all freight, customs documentation, and destination-market import compliance requirements in-house as part of every export shipment.
Q13What packaging options are available for wholesale digital printed shawl orders?+
Six configurations: individual poly bags, branded tissue wrap with your logo, luxury rigid gift boxes, retail display packaging with hanger, bulk flat-pack shipping cartons, and custom-designed gift sets. All packaging carries brand label, care instructions in destination language, fiber content, and country of origin mark. Packaging is prepared to your specification as part of the OEM or private label order.
Q14How is wholesale pricing structured for digital printed shawls and scarves?+
Three variables determine unit pricing: base fabric grade (pure pashmina versus wool-blend versus polyester-blend), print technique (sublimation being the most accessible, reactive and acid being the premium tier), and order quantity. As a direct digital printed shawls and scarves manufacturer, our pricing is factory-direct without trading company margins. We provide detailed FOB and CIF quotations once we understand your specific design, fabric, quantity, and destination requirements.
Q15How does a first-time buyer get started with Savita Shawls?+
Contact us via the Get Quote form or email sales@savitashawls.com. Include your business details, the type of digital printed shawls or scarves you are interested in, your target quantity, and any design references or artwork you have. Our B2B team typically responds within 24 hours, sends a curated digital printed shawls and scarves catalog with wholesale pricing, and dispatches strike-off samples. Most first-time buyers complete their initial order within 6 to 8 weeks of first contact.

Digital Print Buying Guide

Key Terms Explained — For Digital Printed Shawl & Scarf Buyers

Plain-English definitions of the printing and trade terms you will encounter when sourcing digital printed shawls and scarves from India. No technical jargon, no assumptions about what you already know. The facts you need to buy with confidence.

Reactive Digital Printing
A dyeing process where reactive dyes bond chemically with natural fibers like pashmina, wool, and cotton during printing. Produces the softest hand-feel and the highest wash fastness rating of any digital printing method on natural fiber shawls. The preferred technique for premium digital printed pashmina shawls.
Acid Digital Printing
A printing technique using acid dyes specifically formulated for silk and protein fiber fabrics. Produces vibrant, rich color with excellent depth on silk and silk-blend scarves. The standard method for premium fashion scarves and designer silk scarf collections. Not suitable for wool or cotton base fabrics.
Pigment Digital Printing
Printing with pigment inks that sit on the fabric surface held by a binder, rather than bonding with the fiber. Works across a wide range of fabric types. Faster production and lower cost than reactive printing. Slightly stiffer hand-feel. Good for graphic and geometric print styles on wool and blended shawl fabrics.
Sublimation Printing
A heat-transfer printing process where dye sublimates from a transfer paper into polyester or polyester-blend fabric. Produces photographic-quality prints with excellent color vibrancy and wash fastness on synthetic fibers. Not suitable for natural fiber shawls. The most cost-effective digital printing option for polyester-blend scarves.
Strike-Off Sample
A physical printed sample of your artwork produced on the actual base fabric before bulk production begins. The approved strike-off is the color standard against which the bulk run is measured. Requesting and approving a strike-off before bulk production is the most important step in any digital printed shawl or scarf order.
ICC Color Profile
A digital file that maps how a specific printer and ink combination reproduces colors on a specific fabric and dye type. Pantone-calibrated ICC profiles are how we maintain color accuracy from your approved strike-off sample to the bulk production run of your digital printed shawls and scarves.
MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)
The minimum quantity manufactured per design. MOQ for digital printed shawls and scarves at Savita Shawls is 100 pieces per design across all base fabrics and print techniques. This applies to both catalog designs and custom OEM artwork orders.
OEM Manufacturing
Original Equipment Manufacturing. We produce digital printed shawls and scarves to your exact artwork and specification under your brand name. You own the design, the label, and the product identity. Complete design confidentiality is maintained for all OEM clients. MOQ from 100 pieces per design.
Colorfastness
The resistance of a dyed or printed fabric to fading or running under conditions of washing, rubbing, light exposure, or perspiration. For digital printed shawls and scarves, we test wash fastness, rubbing fastness, and light fastness as part of the production QC process. Third-party test reports available on request.
FOB Pricing
Free On Board. Price covers production and loading of digital printed shawls and scarves at the Indian port. You arrange international freight from that point. Lower per-unit cost than CIF; preferred by importers who have their own freight arrangements or want full visibility of shipping costs.
